Individual Sessions
One of the things that makes us unique is that we are all mobile. We come to your home where you get to create your ideal setting. Whether that is on your couch or bed, with your favorite blanket, scents, animal, etc. it sets the right tone for a transformational journey.
Both Nathan and I are right by your side the entire time. Nathan is there to watch your vital signs to ensure that you are physically safe. I am there to help you feel calm before it begins, to support your energy and help move stagnant and/or dense energies, to be there for support if it becomes overwhelming, to take any notes and help you come back to the present.
We ensure that you never feel rushed to get up and allow the time you need to feel good before we leave.
Group Sessions
Our small, intimate groups (limited to 6 participants) create space for connection, belonging, and collective healing.
We begin together with gentle breathwork, meditation, and a soundbath to help everyone feel calm, grounded, and ready for the medicine. We welcome you back with another sound bath, snacks and plenty of time to gently land in the present moment, once everyone is back we hold space to integrate and reflect. Though no one is required to share, many people find that simply being in a room of others who “get it” is profoundly healing.
Each group session weaves together the clinical safety of ketamine with heart-centered energy work and a compassionate group setting.
We offer these twice a month.

Shandell and Nathan were there for me and it was a beautiful experience that I will never forget!!
