Reiki, when broken down is 2 words; Rei- meaning ‘Gods wisdom or Higher Power’ and Ki- meaning ‘Life Force Energy’.  We all have life force energy flowing through and around us, stress, anxiety, depression can all slow down our life force.

Archetypes are part of your personality, behaviors and gifts and they are how you show up in the world. Each archetype has a light and a shadow. Learning and understanding your archetypes allows you to understand where you build your ideal life and how they can hold you back or keep you stuck.

First session: we will go over all the archetypes finding what describes you best. Second session: we look at them closer to see how they are impacting your life.

A series of 8 sessions digging deep into your personal chakras.  I will help you understand what is being held in your Chakras, how they have had an impact on your life and decisions.

We will then clear the old beliefs and patterns and replace them with new, refreshing, energizing truths that best align with your highest self.

These sessions are done over 8 weeks, alongside soul work.  First session is 1 1/2 hours and following sessions are 1 hour.

I intuitively find which chakras are out of balance and work with the energy whether it be emotional, spiritual, physical, color and/or sound.  We will speak to what is creating the imbalance and ways for you to work in bringing your chakras back towards harmony. May include light touch on the front and/or back of the body, a lot of the work is done in the energetic field with no physical touch.

Working with the energy lines in the body known as the meridian system we find where the body needs support, clear any blocks by applying light pressure to acupressure points  and get your life force energy moving freely.
